We are pathetic people.

If you had to ask how, forget it. You'll never figure it out. And before you start bashing me for having an attitude, let me first say: it's only the cold, sad truth.

Most of them you just wait to go away... webbed you have to pause, confused, charmed, and dumbfounded you wait for or use unshackle mind EDIT: or unshackling crystal, acid, disease, and poison you wait for or use curing spells/potions, slowing, you can wait or use a haste spell/potion, Dumbfounding is really annoying because it's sooo bad on mages and takes the longest to go away.

Maybe Cheeseball was eaten... Maybe you're upset about Rentar Irhono's getting away with killing his pal Erika... Maybe he was kicked out of the Triad and is getting the retirement blues... Maybe that Spongebob watch he sent away for never came in four to six weeks... Maybe he ended up reading every single piece of literature in his tower and there is to read and there's nothing left... Maybe I'm going off on a tangent. I do that.

Is it MY fault I was born with eight legs or where I was born? That's not neat. EDIT: Oh, and to Synergy: yes I appreciated some of the jokes and local names. I wasn't sure about Townsend and Port Townsend, though. One More Edit: Please be clear that this is mainly a humor post, so please don't vote me one star if it startles you for a moment. E2 and E3 loophole

I hate it when outdoor monsters just run when you get your level high enough. I like the new system in Avernum where you get to choose whether to fight them or not because of Nature Lore. -

I think you can get it in Patrick's Tower, in his secret lab.
