Are you sure you put the files in the right place, overwriting the old ones? Anyway, go to the Bulwark Inn and see if you can get her back -

After a little searching in the scripts i found out that these 2 flags determine if Greta or Alwan leave you. flag(100,10) is for how you treat Rebels; flag(100,12) is for the creator. It wouldn't be at all difficult to reset these flags but i STRONGLY discourage this because it might have some impredictable results later in the plot (so scripters, i'm warning you, leave them alone!) What can be done is simply to disable the script. Here are the scripts i modified , download the zip; it contains a Script directory you must overwrite the Geneforge3/data/scripts folder with. Let me know if it works [edit] Now you _should_ also be able to get back both Greta and Alwan from the Bulwark Inn! [edit2] My test have showed this works, if it doesn't please post here so that i can fix it.

I'm sorry but you probably messed up the files with something else, i didn't touch the testing grounds [edit] Please try putting back the old files and then download the script (be sure to download it all) Anyway tomorrow i should release a stand-alone savegame editor that doesn't mess in-game scripts.

I've changed a few things(the formatting in some specific cases could get screwed up), now it should work whichever way you put it in the script folder.

I'm very open to make one unique editor, i'm just waiting for the other scripters to come say if they agree or not. For the header link: could you please use this link ( http://inf1.altervista.org/phptrack/track.php?file=z42dhonaldlg.txt ) for my editor? It helps because the link will continue to work even if i move the script elsewhere and it gives me some statistics

Mine doesn't let you edit single stats by 1 point (i didn't do this because there already was another editor that did it) but let's you teleport while the other editors don't give you this ability. Maybe we should do some constructive copy&paste and make one unique, definitive editor.

If you're having problems with the scripts do post it here, it's the only way i have to fix it. Quote: I keep getting 'dialog script broken or absent when I try to use it'. Anyone else have this problem? Any way it can be fixed to use the editor? When? When you load or when you try to talk with the shaper?

These might be useful if you want to tinker with the scripts. Full function list. Stats, skills and abilites list. Item list (this i just copied from Groupofglaahks's post in this thread ) Note that most of the functions don't show the needed argoments but i assure you it's not difficult to gather the info, you just need to check the scripts. Feel free to post if something is not clear or doesn't work as intended

Here it is. Like all geneforge editors, copy the linked file into the geneforge3/data/scripts directory (remember to make a backup copy of z42dhonaldlg.txt, or even better of the whole directory). To use the editor go to Dhonal's keep main library and talk with the shaper that usually says he can't be bothered. Some of the features: Reset canister count Teleport to starting point of each island Move nearer/farther to/from shaper beliefs Increase walking speed The usual money, stat, skill, level increase. Hope you like it For any request for new featurs feel free to post.
