Since I'm on Windoze, 1.0.1 is the latest version. Reinstalling the patch doesn't seem to help.

Several Questions:
What Windows do you have?
Did you install anything that day?
Did you have a major crash before this happened?
Can you still load your files and stuff?

2) Maybe, maybe not - I download and install stuff almost daily, and I've never had any problem like this before.
3) Not that I know of.
4) Everything works fine, except that the game crashes as soon as it saves. It still seems to save, but it crashes immediately afterward.
