  1. A forgotten ring! I have never seen it mentioned on the boards before, and It is not in the FAQ list over useful Items and rings, so here it goes: As I was finishing my Rebel Agent, and was locked into Rahul's dungeon, I found the Forbidden Band (On a "Maddened Shaper", even though he looked like a servile. He is locked up in a detainment room in the northen part of the prison. The band gibves +1 to all primary stats, something I found more intresting and useful than my current Avengers Ring.

    There are still secrets to be found in Geneforge 3, apparently.

    Edit: And even though whoever has played through the Rebel quest has seen this allready, it is worth to mention that Warden Chadwick has an Agent's Shelter, but the sheild is inferior to Essence Aegis.

    Edit:..And an imprisoned Shapert in the SW carries a Shaper's Boon ring. He dies after some 200hp, a real pushover.

  2. I just finished my Rebel Agent on torment, clearing out Monestary Caves. Battle Magic 19, Mental Magic 10, Blessing Magic 6, Spellcraft 20. With those stats you can dominate a Rodhizon, even on Torment. Because yes, on Torment Dominate can make a whole lot of difference, So think about it.

  3. It's not working. I have having a MAJOR issue trying to figure out where to put all the spaceing, and when to press enter for the next line, since either you guys have added that (Because it looks like this for me):

    begintalknode 10;

    state = -1;

    nextstate = -1;

    condition = 1;

    question = "special";

    text1 = "The sign says:";

    text2 = " LONG TERM STORAGE!";

    text3 = " Stay out! Alarms are in place!";

    or the forum have scrambled it up.

    I tried just adding the words, but apparently any single space error makes the game flipp out, and it's sometimes hard to see if there should be "Code=" or "Code =" and how many spaces I am to put on the line under that, so that the "o" in the second "code" fits in right under the "=" in the first "code" (As you have posted it.)

    Edit: I solved the issue myself with some constructive thinking. I used the tab key, and added a code command and a break command, so that it looks like this:

    begintalknode 10;

    state = -1;

    nextstate = -1;

    condition = 1;

    question = "special";

    text1 = "The sign says:";

    text2 = " LONG TERM STORAGE!";

    text3 = " Stay out! Alarms are in place!";

    code = reward_give(345);

    break;

    Why I would need a first "code" that said nothing beats me. Perhaps you just typed that out wrong? And perhaps your TextEdit or the way you copy make the script look curved and with strange spaceings, while it is actually just straight (as I copied.)

  4. Even though many have posted about this before, I have never truely undestood how you do it. I have never had a reason to do it, but now I do. I have misplaced an item (Putrefied Gauntlets), and I want to it back. How do I add it? I got the Item code (Someone posted it before on the board)

  5. ::Shrugs:: Snot, snout. A slight typ, nothing else.

    Ah, yes, the Agent's rather large breasts..One might wonder if they don't hamper her skills as a fast, stealthy kind of person, not to mention that they once more do not appear (Nor do they bounce :.Chuckles: smile in-game.

    There might have been a clear picture of a servile in the end of G1, but the G1 scripted serviles are the same as G2 and G3, and none of them have giant noses.

  6. "The Shapers are the oldest, most respected, most secretive, and most powerful of the magical sects"

    First one to figure out the obviouse and most logical/intresting plot advance from this sentence gets a cookie.

    I am surprised that it has not been brought up on before. I was kinda expecting it in G2.

  7. Why would the Shapers make serviles to have huge snots? What purpose would that serve? They are not mento to be bloodhounds, and their small posture and frame makes them easy to identify from humans.

    And why don't we notice these huge snots in-game?

    How was that profane? You need to chill down. Stasi went down with the fall of Western Germany and DDR.
