Is there a command to spawn an item using the editor, if the item number is known ? Or do I need to find a script folder and key in the item somewhere ?

Is there any way to call equipment, or spawn equipment using the item number in the <shift>D pane ? follow up question: Is there a list of those numbers available anywhere ?
