  1. -X- wants you to lknow that you need to have trained three times in the Artila skill, or to have consumed three Artila Canisters. And you also need about 40 free essence.
  2. Besides, they're having enough fun tormenting us with the possibility that Geneforge 4 will be exactly like Avernum 4, but with more hype. Don't you just hate not knowing where you put your hacking manual?
  3. Why, either Jeff has gone insane, or some very naughty beta-testers are lying to the poor little unprivileged members. . .
  4. If -X- were X, he would at least dabble in necromancy, just to have some knowledge of it's workings and to be able to identify spells being used. And he did summon that shade in Avernum 4. And. . . The name -X- is similar to Exiled Necromancer? How? -X-'s name isn't overly imaginative, either, but other than that, nothing.
  5. -X- is sorry, but how else would he let people know? And, by the way "Book" is capitalized.
  6. For a while, -X-'s games would repeatedly unregister. -X- had to email Jeff several times before he gave up and just put the registered versions onto CD's.
  7. Exiled Necromancer gets a "Plm" point due to his unimaginative name and inability to use actual English.
  8. -X- thanks you very much, and proceeds to make his level 537 mage a lich for existing for an entire year without changing the party.

  10. -X- wants to know if it is possible to change the graphics for the party to options that do not come in the menu, like vanhatai. If so, in what file or line is the data located?
  11. Ah, yes. Hatred. At last. So sweet. But, back on topic, -X- doesn't very much care for friends. At the moment, he has two, and that's enough for him. -X- realizes the futility of arguing over grammar and spelling, but he can still find it as revolting as always. -X- agrees that his Personality Classification book is currently completely unknown to everyone else, but he will post the standings when they have accumulated enough. And -X- does overuse graemlins. -X- likes them. And, in response to Nick Ringer, -X- doesn't mind a typo here and there, or if someone is just a bad speller, but he doesn't like repeated offences that can't be accidental. -X- himself makes these typos from time to time, but not purposefully or with great frequency as, from what he has seen of TAKE ALL, TAKE ALL does. On thread topic, of course there will be an inevitable event on the Sucia Island chain. It may not be in these games, or games to come, but there is a war going on. And, eventually, rumors will leak out that a Geneforge is operational, or that there are important notes in the area. And now, because -X- is currently secluded from Dikiyoba The Great's Episode Three : A New Game. . .
  12. -X- has prepared a delicious meal of Ur-Drakon Crumble, Eyebeast Meatloaf, and Pickled Rotdhizon! It may have taken -X- two hours and thirty-one tries to get them with a lone Shaper, but, hey! It's only mildly diseased. And now, because -X- is currently secluded from Dikiyoba The Great's Episode Three : A New Game. . .
  13. TAKE ALL!!! -X- hereby sentences you to a Plm8982 point in -X-'s Big Book O' Personality Classification for your senseless slaughter of Spelling and Grammar!!! You hide behind an imperfect mask in an attempt to confuse -X-, but you die all the same!!!
  14. Originally written by *i Quote: quote: -X- will also say anything that he thinks is worth saying. Oh really now? Let's see what DC says about that... -X- sighs at his poor choice of words. What -X- meant was that he will say what he honestly thinks is worth saying. Not anything that pops into -X-'s head at random moments! Usually these have actual content, but there are exceptions. Look at the Adventure Quest forum. -X- gives himself a "Giana" point in -X-'s Big Book O' Personality Classification for his poor choice of words.
  15. -X- has a possible answer for the cryo-creations. -X- beleives that they have two chemicals in separate chambers that contain different chemicals that, when mixed, cause a chemically created cold to form around the spittle. If the chemicals are very concentrated, the spittle may develop a coating of ice that keeps the chemicals inside so that they don't spill on the way to the target. -X- also has an explanation for the fire creations. -X- says that they, like the ice creations, have two or more chemicals that combust on contact with each other. Like pure sodium, which combusts on contact with water. There could be crushed sodium in a chamber, and when the fire creation chooses to, the sodium is released and before it combusts on contact with the saliva, is ejected from the fire creation's mouth. It then combusts in midair or when it hits the target.
  16. -X- usually has four Slithzerikai, two are Spearmen who morph into Spearmen / minor Priests (One of the spearmen is a miniscule Mage as well), A Cleric / Useful Skill person. And a Mage / Archer. -X- also occaisonally has a party of four pure Archers And, even rarer, a singleton Mage. Once, -X- tried a lone warrior, but needed those multiple target / area of effect spells.
  17. -X- chose Erika Redmark, X (Hmmm, -X- wonders why... ), Patrick's Tower, and Kill Sss-Thsss and Grah-Hoth.
  18. Dikiyoba has no control over -X-. -X- merely likes Dikiyoba's style (whatever it is). -X- will also say anything that he thinks is worth saying.
  19. -X- has a different strategy for the different classes. For a Shaper, -X- creates the creations best suited to the area, sends them out on patrol, stubbornly hacking and slashing until the objective is acheived, absorbs them, and moves on. For an Agent, -X- uses a "Lure" strategy. -X- sends a weaker creation by enemies, hastes him and sends him running back with two or three enemies in tow. For a Guardian, -X- goes on a "Raid" strategy. -X- himself goes along with a few decent creations, and attack them until he's in danger of death, sprints back to the exit, goes to heal, and repeats.
  20. -X- says that you are instigating another forum-war, but he will reply anyway. -X- simply likes slith. -X- very much enjoys the two scenarios because they bring further depth to slith as a race. -X- is also unclear on whether or not a actually voted for Galthrax. -X- says that he made his vote at about 1:30 AM last night, and things are looking foggy. -X- only knows that four of his votes went to the slith scenario villains. If -X- did vote for Galthrax, then -X- will wait for you to reply to this post to get an argument from his bag of them in the other room.
  21. -X- agrees with Esphesos that Galthrax was severely under-developed. -X- voted for him because, in his book, the slith scenarios always come out on top.
  22. In the purpose of satisfying CERTAIN PEOPLE -X- will contribute to this argument. -X- voted for all of the villains in the Bahssikava/Exodus scenarios, and another one that he forgets. -X- says that he recognizes Stalkers inherent villain-e-ness, but doesn't think that he's the best of them all. -X- says that he knows Dalaghant lacked depth somewhat, because that part of the scenario he considered rushed, but -X- sometimes makes up background stories for villains that lack feeling. -X- can envision the countless centuries that Dalaghant sat through during his stay at the Vanhatai labratory, directing undead to do the same thing over and over again, never having the need to speak, conducting sacrifices over and over until the meaning drained out of them, but not stopping because he knew, that when his god was free, he would punish him if he deserted. There. -X- hopes that he made you happy.
  23. -X- sees potential in this topic. Specifically, -X- sees that potential of this topic to blossom in to a multi-topic, severely confusing, war of ideals and opinions that will tear apart the forums as we know it and instigate a massive war of Dikiyobian proportions. -X- will be watching with this with all the intensity of a fluffy turtle watching -X- devour it alive.
  24. -X- says that you ALMOST have him down there. -X- says that you left out Terror's Martyr and Esphesos. -X- says that you, at some point in your life, conciously or not, allegedly might have moved your index finger in a way that offends -X- to the point of. . . well. . . this.
