I just finished this part... regarding the tome...

I have a reputation of 60, my levels are around 45-49... I think it is more about party level and abiltiy rather than physical strength.

Okay So Im wandering around in the Character editor, looking at what can be done with the game, and somehow disabled it! bah!

I tried reinstalling the game but to no avail...

How can I re-enable the Character editor???
