  1. Have you gone on any of the legendary item quests? THese quests can help you level up considerably and get you items that'll improve your AP. Getting items that can increase your AP can help A LOT. Make sure you have the right weapons and items such as the mithril blade, black halberd and boots of speed. Also, try to make more knowledge brews to increase your skill points.

  2. thanks for the help with the generic dungeon, but erika still isn't showing up. i've gone to all 10 lasers and i've gotten to the control panel and after getting teleported away by rentar 4x, I finally made it to the control panel (i screwed up the sequence so i have to start over again) but still no erika. it's frustrating to have to fight these guys 4 times

  3. I've finished redirecting all of the lasers into the middle but as soon as i head off to fight rentar irhno i'm attacked by her goons. No problem, BUT no Erika. When is she supposed to show up? I have her amulet and I did blast thru the walls in the great walls dungeon so it is working, but when i go into fight mode against the vahnatai in the last fight, i have to fight thru all of them without Erika's help.

Also where are the runes leading to the generic dungeon in rentar irhno's keep?

  4. Personally, I never found the doomguard to be that much of a pain. My guys were already in the mid-30's and I had Radiant Shield level 3 as well as the mithril sword and a bunch of boots of speed. I just hasted/shielded my guys, gave my 2 fighters invulnerable potions, went after the weakest doomguards with my spellcasters and took out the stronger ones with my fighters. I took hits but they weren't too bad and I just healed. I have yet to understand what the big deal about these guys are. Dark wryms are much tougher than doomguards.

  5. I don't know if this has been asked yet, but which one have you found to be the most difficult/easiest quest? I'm still trying to get thru the Tower of Zkal - this is my 3rd time trying to get thru the first level - while the quests for the Black Halberd (puzzles were relatively easy even without spoilers) and the monks of the Monastery of Madness were relatively easy.

Even the Dark Wyrms in the Pit of the Wyrm could be neutralized by downing a few Protection Brews before battle.

  6. Re: why the summoned creature doesn't fight, I've noted that when you summon creatures in a dungeon, they'll only fight if they're in the same room as the hostiles or close to them. And even when you're out in the open, they'll still hang back and not engage in hand-to-hand for the most part. For what it's worth I've only found divine host to be worthwhile as the shades have high mobility & serve as cannon fodder.

  7. I just recently noticed that my repuation points have fallen from about 60+ to 52. How did it happen? Any ideas?

One idea I had was that when I was fighting the rakshasi, I kept on using Control Foes on them and then I would move in and kill them. But whenever I knocked them off, a popup message came up and warned methat I was about to attack someone who wasn't hostile. Would I have lost repuation points for killing non-hostiles?
