I don't think I'm getting this. On any space of fire at the north end of the lava, my Orb of Thralni does not work. Neither can I find any secret passages.

I'm at the part where I come out of Tinraya keep and there's a lake of lava around me. I firewalk to the west and try to use the Orb of Thralni, but it says, "For some reason, it fails." How do I escape this area?

Where is the defiled crypt? Apparently that's where I get the spell Word of Recall, and I know that that's just like the amulet, but I can only use the amulet to a certain distance.

How do you kill the doomguard in the tunnel to the Blackcrag fortress?

All of the comments I've read on what to do once I enter the tower is to go to the nortwest up some stairs. The problem is, I don't see any stairs in the nw, and that may be due to the fact that I'm having a hard time getting through the seven by seven or so squares of conveyor belt. How do I get through it? And I already saw the portal just to the south, but that only leads me to a chest.

So I figured out the grove but I'm still stuck in Vahkohs. I used magic map and the crystal that everyone's talking about is in the very west, but how do I get to it? I went through the first set of secret passages, but the little encounter buttons prevent me from passing burning walls. How do I get beyond this?

How do I get the dryad back her grove in Kadnold Province (what is the answer to the gremlin's riddle?) and what do I do with the levers in the Tomb of Vakhohs?
