Thank you. I suspected as much and I did manage to do it. The battle itself wasn't too awful, but that maze really sucks. I could only teleport my two Tinkermages and I used an obscene number of crystals and potions to get the third fighter across. I understand somebody is hoarding a teleportation scarab. Next time I really have to search for it. I'm really not very good at these games, but I do love them (apart from mazes anyway.)

What happens if I don't do the last battle with Miranda?

Nope. When I get to the tunnel where she's located with the pentagram, I do talk to her. She says "You...Morigaine? Yes. Morigaine. I see it. You are here. Good. Now kill me. Kill me! Fast! Hurry! And then no matter what I say... 1"No, you must come back with me. 2 "Why?" 3. OK! (Kill her) ...she responds by telling me it too late and she leaps into combat mode. No spawning horrors. Nothing but her attacking me while I peg her with an arrow now and then to see if that'll bring on the battle. I'd rather not kill her, but if I have to I guess I have to. Maybe I left out something I was supposed to do first...?

I've finally gotten the last leg of the Dymas quest, but I just run into a gang of skeletons (which I kill) and when I finally find Dymas in one of the side tunnels, she's alone and hostile. There are no spawned monsters at all. What have I done wrong?
