What are some thoughts on having the giants attack Muck vs killing the queen (will that spare Muck?) It just doesn't seem right... I've accepted the quest from Highland, but not I'm not sure if it's the way to go.

This is the mayor's quest the "rat bounty", which unfortunately I grabbed off the job board AFTER I had already killed the rat lord and received the reward from Mother Alice. Like the orginal poster, the problem is that I have already completly cleaned out his lair of all rats--so I can't get the bounty and I'd like to get rid of that quest in my quest list. The code that worked for the orignal poster doesn't work for me; instead I get the error message I posted. --thanks

I've had the same problem, having done the quest before actually taking the job. I've typed in the code, but get this error when I do so: "Error: attempted to change out of range Stuff Done Flag". Any clue as to what I'm doing wrong? Thanks!

Thanks--that did it. I had spoken with her earlier, but somehow missed the quest question.

I've come across the damaged pylon and spoke with Summer. I try to touch and/or smash the Pylon, but nothing happens. If I understand correctly, a shade is supposed to attack? Is there something I need to do before I try this quest? Thanks!

aha! Thanks, I understand now I think he was killed shortly after the first ambush.

Hello, sorry if this has been answered--a search didn't turn up an answer. He was not in the guest quarters at the Castle after his "rescue" from Almaria--in fact, I was told he had been killed. Question is, how can that scenario be prevented? Did I perhaps attempt his rescue at too low levels? Thanks SEC
