I'm pretty sure that the geography is determined, browsing through some of the old seasons of the alongside RP to the BoX Arena might give a tenative grasp of locations for the various continents. (Or at least as determined by the fan base). The world isn't entirely explored though of course... so an entire map would be difficult to construct. As for the moon theory, a planet can turn slowly as well as a moon. Take Venus for example.

Doing a search in this forums brings up this http://www.wam.umd.edu/~kks/index.html I know there are some annotated maps somewhere, but I can't seem to find them. I've seen them for the entirety of Exile/Avernum and then for Valorim as well. Outside of Valorim, locations get fuzzy and exact positions tend to be difficult.

Except that the even going with illegit parties the HLPM does a much better job

Welcome to the boards and please leave your sanity at the door. Most of us that have it have beaten it multiple times. I don't have it and have never played it, though it does sound somewhat interesting.

There are the calls that are run at the start of each turn. You could check how many characters are in the party/How many characters are alive and then if there were more alive than you wanted kill them. This would be extremly irritating to deal with using the editor as it would have to be used every turn. Using this you could keep the revive spell even- They would have to use it every turn to keep the character(s) alive. If the player was willing to play the game the way that it was intended, they wouldn't have to lose their party to do so.

You could kill the other characters, and disable the revive spell.

Well in GF1 at least when you first find a crystal it tells you that Shapers consider crystals beneath them. Sorry I can't give you any direct quotes from this computer.

Shaper tend to disdain the use of crystals and leave them to the outsiders. There are just plain wizards apparently.

I find the non-affiliated game to be the most satisfying. It is also the toughest but you are able to get some powerful stuff still from the likes of Pharington(sp?) and other rogue non-allied shapers. The other advantage of this is that you can go through and kill everyone/thing in the game. Wonderful-

Probably they would go with the programmer's BoE since plot probably is compatible with both. As for spelling...... I you can read quite a few different topics on that all expressing the same thing. Spelling is important to a lot of the members on this board, which makes it advisable to pay some attention to it. Misspelling distracts from the whatever merit there is what you are trying to say, and makes it hard for me at least to take the writer seriously. correct spelling shows that you put enough time/effort into your post for it to be worth reading Not that I am the perfect speller or anything.

And obviously if you have a specific question many people would be glad to answer your questions.
