Endorbeginning

I have gotten a new computer and need to transfer the Exile games I have on to it. I have both Exile 2 & 3 registered, but I don't know what file is needed to back up my game. I know this question has probably been asked a thousand times, but I went back and looked and couldn't find a topic about it. So could someone please help me out with this? Sorry, I should have mentioned it's for Windows.
