In Upper Avernum there's this lake and in the island there's a person which from Exile I recall, her name is Sheba. She refuses to sell me any potions. How can I get her to sell them to me? Any help would be appreciated.

If it dosen't work for you use piercing crystals from either the Anama temple (if your a member) or from South Point lighthouse in the crystal shop. There may be more places to by them but those two are the ones that come to mind.
