I see a lot of post complaining about the guarded docks difficulty but I was able to clear it in 1 go. Also I have fed the mind but its not listening to me, does it have a leadership check?

Is there anyway to fix it? Console command etc? Am I missing something big from not doing the quest?

Yes, but Sessina didn't gave me the quest, that dialog is missing. Valyra says "he is dedicated to his mission though. He is obsessed with destroying a rogue. You should help him." Sessina is the same as the screenshot I linked you

I killed the chicken looking thing on top.

I cant take the Ascended Sessina's rogue quest. I killed the rogue and still was not able to submit it.
