Okay, I AM dense. Thank you very much,... no I did not know that you could move diagonally, I've always moved with the arrow keys and never gave it a thought. Well you really DO learn something new everyday. Thanks for your patience with a newbie.

Okay, I'm probably being dense, but I am very, very stuck... in two places: One, I found the secret passage in the cave for the murder quests, but I get to a room full of stalagmites and the path doesn't go all the way through the room... I've looked and looked for more secret doors, tried move mountain, far sight (I can see more room to the south) etc... Please help!... Second, I am having a similar problem in the retrieval of the flying orb (I forget the name sorry!) It is outdoors in Avernum after you teleport. I found one secret passage to move further south, but am stuck after that. Can anyone give me just a teeny clue? Or am I having a glitch?
