Does a + healing item boost a Tinkermage's healing pylon? Or is it only for shaman?

Why does it say my shaman's skills aren't high enough to use Spirit Charge? Here are the specifics: I am playing Avadon 2: Corruption. My shaman is level 12. I have trained the Spirit Charge ability up to 3 and the Intelligence attribute up to 17. However, when I try to use the Spirit Charge ability, there is a red-lettered message that says "Your skills aren't high enough to use this ability." Any suggestions? Thanks

in my view, there is a "trick" or particular strategy that must be deployed for this quest. Get past the impossible constructs and go after the controllers, without attacking the constructs.
