This sounds more of a problem for Microsoft (Im asuming thats what your using). the person, or websight you downloaded the theim from might be able to help too.

Are you using a user made scenario, did you make it your self? What system are you using, Windows, Mac? What version, Windows 98, Mac OSX? Dose any thing else happen? What are your computers staticts. Is it sick? Is it a boy? How heavy is it? Whats its name?
