Vengeful Spirit in the Wastes west corner drops the Specter Robe (PA: +2% MA: +8% +10% Energy Resistance +10% Cold Resistance -10% Fire Resistance Value:700) I've never gotten the ancient artila in Pentil Plains to spawn I see that one's listed as dropping "?" Has anyone actually gotten it to show up? I found no reference to it in the scripts, so I'm assuming it's hardcoded.
