Nefelibata

OK, so my intrepid group has made it to Tawon and is doing the "Working for Tawon" quest. I can't get inside the "Inner Temple" after I kill all the stuff outside the temple... it says the doors are smooth, you see no obvious way in, etc etc. Am I missing a secret button or something? Do I need to do a dance on the alter? Sacrifice a pine cone? Inquiring minds want to know. I am probably missing something insanely stupid.
