Rotghroth Rhapsody madrigan Posted December 3, 2009 Share Posted December 3, 2009 I got this quest from Lark in the Castle, I'm supposed to get blighted mushroom samples from four locations. I've been just about everywhere in the Great Cave now, and I don't see any blighted mushrooms I can pick up. I do remember, early on when I was walking to Gnass for the first time, some text about seeing some blighted mushrooms. But I didn't pick anything up and nothing was added to my Special Items. Great Cave - West of Dharmon in an area near some lizards and Southeast of Almaria in the Fungal Woods Abyss - South of Spire and West of Bargha in the crypt with the Banshees Eastern Gallery - South of Fort Dranlon in the Giant Camp and North of Fort Dranlon in the Bandit Camp Northern Isles - Near Bargha and on an island reached from the Scuttler Lair Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Articulate Vlish echoes Posted January 4, 2010 Share Posted January 4, 2010 I have been hunting high and low for the Northern Avernum diseased mushrooms. There are none on the scuttler island and I couldn't find them near Bargha either. Are they in a Nature Lore-required cache (the other ones weren't if I recall correctly)? Hatchling Cockatrice Randomizer Posted January 5, 2010 Share Posted January 5, 2010 The last groups are near Bargha using a switch to open a secret door along the south wall south of the aranea and in the Giant Lands in the Scuttler Lair there are stairs in the northeast that lead up to the island with them. You mean near the farms, and the merchant with all the neat trinkets? Or, exactly, what crypt west of Bargha, and what edge? Is it the one with the portal? Not that I can think of. If you're unsure, just collect a batch from each area you've visited and take them to her. She'll tell you if she wants them or not.
