Having problems?  Please include the following info in your post so we can help you!

 

1. Which game is having problems? (original Avernum 2 and Avernum 2: Crystal Souls are different games!)

2. What operating system are you using (Mac or WIndows?)

3. Did you download the game through Steam, Good Old Games, or another third-party distribution platform?

4. For graphics issues, please state your graphics setup (monitor, graphics card, CPU, etc.)

5. For gameplay issues, have you ever installed any mods, used an external "cheating" program, and/or edited game files yourself?

 

If you are using Steam and having a problem, try verifying your download.
