Tenderfoot Thahd liptonbuddy
Hey everyone. I had a question. I registered this game years ago, around 2000 or so. When I did, I got the full versions of all 3 Exile games. I want to replay the full version of exile 1, but I lost the disk years ago. Instead of repaying for the game, is there any way spiderweb may have my info from that far back, see that I actually did register, and send me a new registration key, or am I screwed? Hatchling Cockatrice Alorael at Large
They probably do have that information. Email Jeff Vogel about it (spidweb@spiderwebsoftware.com) and send your name, what you need new codes for, what your new registration numbers (not the codes you need) are, and the address you had when you registered. I believe that's the information he needs to verify your previous purchase and give you new codes. —Alorael, who has never heard of anyone not being able to get new codes. Spiderweb is very good about it.
Garrulous Glaahk Brock The Archmage
I just recently resolved the exact same issue. I emailed Jeff with the name my mom registered under and my registration codes, he emailed me the new keys. Simple.
