Garrulous Glaahk mok Posted June 21, 2005 Share Posted June 21, 2005 The talisman of might is a great item, and does belong up with the "top 9", but it is not an "artifact". If you notice, all 8 artifacts require a "perfected" item. Essentially, it means they all need 2 forgings, instead of just one. (and yes, you could make the argument that using the purifying elixir as part of the formula makes the necklace perfect while you're adding the fang, but you'll have to just accept it.)
