I mean something like this: [Describe your problem] [What is your machine? MAC/PC?] [What is your OS?] [Any ideas why things go wrong? Unfortunately, most people who drop by (including me) just write everything down and hope for the best. —Alorael, who doesn't really see why it's necessary.
