I ended up pushing through, killing all the creatures that got in my way. All in the name of completing a quest. Then I meet beastkeeper Vyck (I think that's her name). She's hysterical since I was slaughtering her creatures. And then I felt really bad. It's just a game, but most games don't make me feel like this. On the same note, I made it to the Anama scrolls for that wizard guy. Even though the Anama kind of betrayed me, I decided to leave the scrolls there.
