I have the eyestalk and steel breastplate (and 8 fine steel, 4 focusing crystals), and she mentions it in the crafting dialogue but isn't giving the option to have her make it. Unfortunately I didn't have the required eyestalk with my guys so I didn't get the crafting option dialogue either to check on that one. Hopefully someone else can check for you reasonably soon. However, note that the above list is slightly incorrect, as the Quickblade Plate requires 9 fine steel (plus 3 focusing crystals, and 1 eyestalk) to craft, unlike Tenuta's other items. Even if I go to one of the crafters and get 5 items all at once, the game still does not recognize the achievement. Is there something I am missing? (Edit: I had tried this several times, without success - honest! - but as soon as I posted this question, the medal appeared. Perhaps there is a delay for some reason.)
