When I enter it (in Windows 7), the first request I get is to change my monitor resolution to 800x600 so that the game can run on the full screen. I have a new monitor that doesn't have such a low setting, and the game doesn't work on the lowest setting the monitor does have. So it runs in a little box, which is giving me eyestrain.
