Well-Actually War Trall Ishad Nha
Some of the resources available for porting BoE scenarios: Zoom Editor diagnostic tool, converts an EXS file to a BAS format which can be opened in a BoA Editor. The latter has superior abilities compared to a BoE version: http://www.freewebs.com/ishadnha/BoEZoomEditor.png Available at: http://www.freewebs.com/ishadnha/BoEZoomEditor.zip Lower left screen display should be acceptable in one of these editors: http://www.freewebs.com/ishadnha/BoA3DEditor.zip http://www.freewebs.com/ishadnha/VariantBoA3DEditor.zip Zoom Editor does not port a playable version, it is a research tool. Spreadsheets that display all data in a coherent form: http://www.freewebs.com/ishadnha/BoEScenarioDecryptor.zip This one shows the Scenario data for the scenario_data_type array. (Data must be entered in Assembler data format only.) Another has been developed for outdoor zone records. Town records can be handled by such spreadsheets too. Well-Actually War Trall Ishad Nha
Town decryptors have been done too: http://www.freewebs.com/ishadnha/BoEDecryptors2013.zip This includes a section for dialog, you can now see all 60 dialog nodes at once. The outdoor decryptor is included too. Strings are generally not handled because that keeps the spreadsheets down to a managable size. Exceptions are area rectangle names and town personality names. Text of all strings is found in the Scenario Text Dump.
