To use them, simply open the appropriate trainer and then open the appropriate game, then press V to enable infinite AP (and the ability to move after attacking in G4 and G5). This allows you to zip through an area without being attacked even once,or keep attacking something without fear of retaliation. Pressing space still ends your turn, so you can have this enabled in events as well.
