Anyone at Support anymore?

Hoping this catches someone's eye.

 

Sent in a request for a new registry key because I changed computers and the old one doesn't work. Email came from idontcareaboutmyname@gmail.com.

 

Long time customer, have bought all six Avernums, and have always received prompt responses. Going on a few days now with nothing.

 

If someone around the office sees this, give the guy over at support a nudge and tell him to respond.

Spiderweb Software just released a new game and are currently in the process of porting it to Windows, so all three members of staff are probably pretty busy at the moment. All orders are processed manually and they sometimes take weekends off, so allow another day or two before sending another email. Rest easy: even if their customer service is a little slow sometimes, they're almost always very helpful and accommodating when they get back to you.
