I told a physics joke today. There was no reaction.

Right before I deployed I begged and cursed and maybe even stabbed a little for an earlier release of Avernum on the iPad. It's a great game! The odds seemed thin, but I begged anyway and viola, right before I had my utilities shut off I was able to read the announcement and download the game. Now I spend half my time securing a COP in the middle of nowhere and the other half of my time riding helicopters back and forth to KAF for one thing or another. It's a lot of relatively short but uncertain trips that require a lot of moving around, so I'm glad I get to pack light and just bring my tablet - along with perhaps my most favored game ever. I might be homesick for Seattle, but I have a potent distraction. But I never bothered to say thank you. What a jerk. So thanks, guys. I look forward to future releases, and as soon as I'm done being sincerely grateful, I will begin harassing each and every one of you to start working on a Geneforge update. Sincerely, -Stephen P.S. Still wondering why I haven't seen this app on the front page. I noticed they resurrected the "Great RPG Games" section, so I assume they're finishing their analyses.

I'm very surprised at how smoothly the game plays on my iPad 1 (which apparently is now ancient). I have experienced zero bugs or issues, and like Epyx said, the "buttons" are perfectly spaced. I haven't once accidentally clicked the wrong option. As for the game itself, it is precisely as awesome as I have come to expect and has received many stars on the App store.

Not to mention the potential for attracting new fans-- er... I mean customers. Wait... which word is less evil? It's Jeff so I assume we're all at least a little evil.

I just wanted to say congratulations on the phenomenal sales of your Humble Bundle (well... *I* think they're phenomenal. I'm not sure what you're accustomed to).

I hope all of this porting is completed soon. Not that I care about the Windows version Honestly I hate to bug a guy who's doubtlessly working hard to do a job he loves in order to feed his family, but... feel free to finish off that iPad port so I can take it to Afghanistan with me. Not sure if this has been addressed yet, but I was wondering, say, whether the iPad version will be released in EARLY Spring or LATE Spring. I hate to sound like your typical impatient consumer, but it kinda decides whether or not I get to take Avernum with me to Afghanistan on my iPad
