  1. I LOVE OVERLORD!!! Instead of spawning pits you could have...spawners. You'd be an Ur'Drakon instead of an evil Overlord. It could work....... Not that it will ever happen.
  2. Its a very complicated matter, but when it comes to it I think the rebels are the lesser of two evils. They have a much greater capacity for change. The shapers have been set in their ways for much too long to change them. The rebels may currently be overzealos due to some of the Drakons, but I have faith that their leader will rein them in and that they will see reason.
  3. A unlockable side story where you play a powerfull, arogant, Drackon that rules something. You have your own palace that provides you with labs and things so you can make your own creation army. Includes spawners, vats, suppressed Dryaks, the set.
  4. Unlockable Drakon class (and accordingly changed script) would be a very, very cool thing. After all, Drakon is strong melee, strong magic, strong shaping. Pluss Drakons are awsome!! Probably not going to happen, but hopefully...
  5. There now I have 60. Sorry for triple posting.

My idea is that when makeing Geneforge 5 is that Jeff not go out of his way to make a Blades of Geneforge but place the seneraio data in one folder. If we wanted a differen't seneraio we simply take those files out and replace them with the player created seneraio files. just program the game engine to only excpet the orginal files till it has been registered. I admit I hardly know anything about programing. However I have seen this done with other games, which I'm not going to name because I don't like advertising a non spiderweb game on the the spiderweb forums. I'll be a jerk and say Ares from ambrosiasw.com. Sadly its so out of date that even though its got awsome graphics, amazing music, and great playability + an editor system its not realy worth it. O WHO AM I KIDDING! Its for old systems only and its a great space game. Of course its not realy 3-D but hey its fun. Still its old and I am a huge fan of Jeff so this is for your extra 15 bucks. I say spend your first set of money on Spiderweb games!

Creations should be able to switch between melee and ranged and they should also be able to cast spells. Another nice thing would be to have zones not spawn but (like monarch's swamp) have the monsters running into the zone. Maby not as many. I'd love to see horses, moving wagons, and the like going through a zone. Maby a caravan stops at the outscurts of a zone and when you find it they ask you to escort them. Or maby your walking around a zone you cleared a while ago and theres a begger sitting next to a fire in a clearing that once held the Goblin King's throne (just an example). I'd simply love to see that revisitabilty in zones. Just make it seem like life is happening. I know its a warzone but warzones are the perfect place for monsters and refugees to be wondering around. One idea is for a zone that held several spawners to be cleaned out only for you to find several days later that cultists have set up there. Any thoughts? Also I think you should be able to buy a mine set. Allow me to elaberate. You buy a mine set (there would be different kinds) and when you use a cluster of mines and a trigger (all deactivated) apear on the ground. Then the next thing would be for you to click on a mine and then an image of it gets turned into your cursor and where you click the mine is set. After you click on and set all the mines you set the trigger. This could be done in an area where you know tons of monsters apear once you get a quest. You set the mines, get the quest and BOOM!!!. Like it? WTF I put in three paragraphs and no one so much as responds or mentions any of them AT ALL. What are my posts invisible???
  8. Well said. Overpowered characters just aren't a problem. Take Avernum for example. Whats more rigged then the character editor?
  9. Well if memory serves (which it probobly doesn't) the game doesn't mention Erika's name as Redmark. All I realy remember about her is that she is an insanely powerful magician who could probobly anialate the entire empire if not for her curse.
  10. I've played Avernums 2 and 3 but not 4. I have no idea who the redmont's are and so I can't help but wonder if Avernum 5 will be over my head. Am I right or will 5 have nothing to do with 4 in terms of story (please say yes please say yes). On another note. I think that Jeff should look at wishlists sometimes. Firstly I doubt they would get mad at you for using their idea and secondly there are some realy good ideas. I seriously doubt that your fans would shun you for using a few of the better ideas. No one man (no matter how amazing) can come up with an infinite number of ideas. Just saying...
  11. Are you saying this is a consistant problem and that its not just some bug from instilation? Or are you just being poetic??
  12. I have a problem. I have the demo for Nethergate: Ressurection and it has a terribly iritating bug. Often, after I bash a door, the screen goes black and the only thing I can do is press command quit which causes a little box to come up that gives you quiting options. The only thing I can do is to click the Save First and then I can reload and the problem's gone...at least until the next time it happens. It also occasionly does this when I'm in the wilderness and I encounter a monster group. This is even worse for I can't save. Anyone know what could be wrong and how I can fix it. Thanks.
