one more question: if i do rawal's quest to kill platano, will zephyr oasis become hostile? i know purity workshop will. any other bad effect somewhere for killing platano? (i don't care about taygen faction since i already helped camp dranir's creations)

well, "repairing" minds for alwan means you actually need to kill syntesis mind (but some of the others may die in process).

I sweared to join Alwan so i could get training in healing craft (i can't train it nowhere else afaik). If i join some other faction now, will stormhold and perikalia be hostile to me? Also, i finished control core b quest for alwan (killed syntesis mind), is this bad if i want to join trakovites later? thanks for answers!

What are scripts and how to use them? Any links for that? @Dikiyoba i haven't noticed anything else missing. i'm only stashing useful potions, scrolls, wands, herbs, gems and some gear.

yes i did and still nothing. so, any suggestions how can i generate some mandrake tinctures? i hate to think that my game is a bit ruined now.

I use room in static fields where avernum pylons bring ou as storeroom for various thingies. However, i noticed that both of my mandrake tinctures dissappeared there, one by one. Is this known bug?

So, i would like to start game as singleton. I'm casual (but experienced with Avernum series) player. Don't want to make it hardcore, but to enjoy the game. How tough is normal difficulty singleton? Does easy difficulty singleton give good enough challenge? And what character race do you recommend and what is most effective route (sword/pole/bow/mage/priest...)? thanks

Hi, I've reached testing shade #2 and it says i need to defend myself. Well, i just stand there taking it's cold damage and casting mass heal each turn. After shade drains itself, it says that i didn't take enough damage. I can't kill it either, it can't go below 1 HP. Please spoil me :-)

Can I join servants immediately at beggining of the game? My leadership is 6 and I haven't killed anybody, but I don't have an option to join when I talk to Zakary.
