HAHAHAA i feel so stupid! thank you so much

so guys i just got to gozaki-uss and talked with the leader and founder of the rebels did his little tests, took his message to the shaper and now i cant seem to find a way to join the rebellion!!!! also im starting to feel extreamly underpowered as a "shaper" i mainly have myself built to make strong creations but i cant find a place to learn how to make the better stronger creations any and all help is welcome -titan
