Garrulous Glaahk shadow9d9
How can you tell what the different status symbols actually do and how do you get rid of them(webbed for instance)
Garrulous Glaahk Chief Spider watching The Simpsons
Most of them you just wait to go away... webbed you have to pause, confused, charmed, and dumbfounded you wait for or use unshackle mind EDIT: or unshackling crystal, acid, disease, and poison you wait for or use curing spells/potions, slowing, you can wait or use a haste spell/potion, Dumbfounding is really annoying because it's sooo bad on mages and takes the longest to go away. Hatchling Cockatrice Alorael at Large
Dumbfounding doesn't go away with time. You'll have to use an item as a cure, cast Unshackle Mind, or pay a healer. —Alorael, who is quite sure that the manual explains all of the status effects. They're listed under "Status Screen Symbols," page 26 of the A3 manual.
Garrulous Glaahk shadow9d9
What do you mean about web being paused?
Well-Actually War Trall Niemand
He means that you have to press 'wait' to make it go away; you have to wait once for each unit of web, plus one, I believe.
Garrulous Glaahk shadow9d9
I was webbed even without being in battle... so I would have to go back into battle and tell them to wait to undo web?
Hatchling Cockatrice Alorael at Large
No. You can also wait out of battle in the same way. Press 5 on the numeric keypad or click on your lead character (I think). —Alorael, who isn't sure if w works in Avernum or not.
