First, there's a silver ring that you get from a shipwrecked sailor corpse on Lake Timor. What do you do with it (if anything)? Second, according to the Editor (and when I add it to my special items category it works,) you can get a message to deliver to General Baziron from an encampment southwest of Tevrono.
