How do you compile the original sourc with gcc.exe?

Please write it in text.

I'm not sure if the original source compiles with gcc. I've only messed with the older CBoE stuff. For that there's a makefile here you could start at.

Out of curiosity, why do you want to compile the original source?

In any case, it's very likely that GCC won't be able to compile it - it's very old code and may reference stuff that no longer exists.
