Fledgling Fyora Jo Posted February 26, 2015 Share Posted February 26, 2015 I am in the barrier tower, and if I have read the other forum posts correctly, this is where I can get Dispel 3. At the back of the Tower, there is a door to the building, but it seems that I need level 3 Dispel to get to it. If I go down the rapids after the river fort, I can't get back. Is there another place to get dispel barrier 3? You don't need his help to get the spell (although it helps). It becomes purchasable in Fort Emerald as a reward for killing Limoncelli. You can also get a level of it if you find Aimee in the Northern Isles.
