Well-Actually War Trall Ishad Nha
After emailing Jeff I understand that he can't become involved in any Blades of Geneforge for licensing reasons. But we can do it ourselves. This means we have to decrypt the files ourselves, easier said than done. Progress is being recorded in the topic "Blades of Geneforge - How it could be done", found in the Blades of Avernum forum. Unflappable Drayk Death Knight
Determination is a good thing. Its good to have with good ideas and even better when they are from people who really care about what they are determined about. Its bad when the determined is not right in the head and nefarious If you keep at it, you can see something done with enough time spent. Well-Actually War Trall Ishad Nha
We understand about three-fourths of the Scendata.dat file. Push will come to shove when we need to create a new editor. That is the only hard part.
Well-Actually War Trall Ishad Nha
I have updated the town data printout program for G5, it is available at: http://www.freewebs.com/ishadnha/G5TownDecryption.zip This program takes a town record and prints out all the data in an easy to follow format. Source code that is enclosed could be adapted to any Spiderweb game.
