Curious Artila jeffreywilens Posted April 6, 2013 Share Posted April 6, 2013 Has anyone played the Steam version of Avernum EFP? I had it running fine for past month or two. I was able to install the game on my desktop computer and a laptop. Whenever I exited it would say "steam is synchronizing." So the steam cloud seemed to work fine and I could play on my desktop, next time on my laptop with the latest saved game, and then back to my desktop some time later with the current saved game. In the past week, Steam Cloud doen't seem to working. Each computer does not see the other computer's saved games and there is no "synchronizing" message anymore. I think there might have been a steam update and I did a fresh install on a third computer yesterday and that did not synchonize either. Understated Ur-Drakon Earth Posted April 8, 2013 Share Posted April 8, 2013 there was a while ago probs with steam after they updated their software and that prob was solved by going to older version and not letting client to update itself until steam fixed bug.
