Fledgling Fyora Neem
I placed an order for Avadon on 10th July and got confirmation for the amount debited from my bank. I also got an order confirmation email that said Quote: Your order has been submitted to Spiderweb Software. You should receive another E-mail confirmation from us (containing registration keys if you provided the game registration code) within one business day. I didn't receive the second confirmation. I don't have game registration code and don't know where to find it. I got a confirmation from by bank on the amount debited but don't know for sure if the transaction went through on the other side. I have sent 2 emails about this to one to spidweb@spiderwebsoftware.com and the other to support@spiderwebsoftware.com and haven't got a reply to either. Can someone help me with this? Hatchling Cockatrice Lilith
Avadon is a special case, because it uses a new registration system streamlined for your convenience: unlike most Spiderweb games, you don't need to provide a registration code in order to receive a key. Your purchase should go through just fine, so sleep easy.
Well-Actually War Trall A less presumptuous name.
I know this sounds like stupid and useless advice, but make sure you check your spam folder in your email. If you ordered 13 days ago, you should have received your code already. I never believed that spam filters could mess with me, either, until it happened. Fledgling Fyora Neem
I've been checking my spam folder since I placed the order, it wasn't there. If it helps, the order number is #24403.
Hatchling Cockatrice Randomizer
You might have to send them an email on Monday. We don't have that information and the company doesn't do much over the weekend.
Hatchling Cockatrice Slawbug
If you've been charged, it's really odd that you didn't receive a second email at the time you were charged. I'm sure SW will help you as soon as they read your email, but in the meanwhile, it might be worth double checking your inbox and spam mail folders. Well-Actually War Trall Spidweb
If your e-mails were sent on Saturday, we won't read them until today, as we're closed on weekends. If you haven't heard from us by tonight, send another e-mail. If that still doesn't work, call us tomorrow at 206 789 4438. The Avadon key e-mail is automatically generated, so I can guarantee it was sent. If it didn't arrive, something odd might be happening on e-mail between us and you. That means that any responses we send to you might get lost too. A phone call might be necessary in this case, but we'll make sure you get the game you paid for. - Jeff Vogel
