How do I get into the Basalt building at the NW corner of New Cotra?

It is a bunker which you cannot get into until later in the game. When the opportunity becomes available, you need to enter the bunker via the secret entrance on the east side.

Talk to... Sandra I think it is, in Lorelei. She'll tell you who to talk to.

she tells you to talk to this guy (sorry, haven't played in a while so I don't know the guy or the word ) , and he tells you a word to say, and you walk in front of the bunker and then when you go up to it part of the wall opens up.

Oh, all right. To flesh out the gradually increasing spoilers, the person is Commander Johnson in Fort Emergence and the word is "bunker" (or "bunk," since E3 only takes four letters).

You're right. You talk to Commander Johnson ion Fort Emergence. then you ask him about 'BUNKER'. He'll demand to know who told you about it. Then ask him about 'SANDRA'. He'll tell you how to get into the bunker. ("Vahnatai cheat... I hate them...They killed my favourite Character...")

Hi guys I am in unregistered version still, just because I dont have credit cards and im not old enough to get 1 so Ill stay here for a long time...anyways wuts in the bunker?can I get in?

As noted above, just say "Sand" to Commander Johnson and you'll be able to enter. It's not terribly exciting or useful, but it is, in the words of the GIFTS, neat.

There are: Ostoth, Enla and Pathass, which are useless in the unegistered part of Exile III.

Not really, you can utilise them to good effect if you have a desire to kill Erika.

The Cooling Amulets also give a small amount of resistance to fire damage in general, which helps at just about every stage of the game. And if you want a cool sword, you can do worse than Wyrmslayer.
