Wow what a [censored] post.. (the first post) I loved Escape From The Pit and finished it a few days ago, and i've played most of the games from Spiderweb software. The last rpg I finished was Mass Effect 3 which I similarly got addicted to and kept playing. Before that I tried Kingdoms of Amalur and it was pretty bad. I kind of made myself play it, the graphics are pretty modern in that, and Escape from the pit, yes the graphics are simple, but it's awesome and it goes deep.. and really draws you in. Am I the only one who thinks the original poster just wants some attention. And the Geneforge games were really good, I finished several of them. I hope there is a next one coming out soon.

So I finished the game, all 3 quests. I know I can still walk around, but there isn't really much for me to do, the only thing I can think of is the blocked passage with that other race 'soon to return'. Though I just did a search and apparently it's for the next game and you can't get in there. It was a good game, I played it alot, i'm kind of sad it's over and would love to keep playing but oh well. The closest thing would be Avadon, but I got bored with that for some reason. I'm going to give it another chance, my characters are only at level 2.

Thanks for the replies hahahah humping the walls. I don't know if that's what they had in mind Yes it's definately an improvement. I love the progression. Does anyone know if it's planned to remake the other ones now then? -Ben

Wow cool, here is a comparison. These games have come a long way and are still just as awesome!

I've been playing this and love it so far. And out of curiosity I did a search. And can anyone confirm what I am thinking. So there was Exile originally, and Avernum was a remake of that.. and now this is another more recent remake of both? It's one of these things that i'm just curious about. I wanted to go back and look at Exile, but it won't work on windows 7 -Ben

I think it's a good thing it was up early that some people can find it, because still they are paying for the registration, kind of like a reward to loyal customers So I hope they don't change that.

Damn I got it yesterday for $20. I'm not too worried though, all the value Spiderweb Software has provided over the years and the fun playing their games i'm happy to support them.

Cool, so if I buy it now do I get the code or do I have to wait until actual launch?

Ok cool. I hope it's announced pretty soon and actually released so I can get the full version.

It's funny because I have no interest in Legend Of Grimrock at all. I've played most of the spiderweb software games. I started way back with Exile like 10 years ago! I was hoping it would be out cos it's the 11th here, but I just realized it's still the 10th in America.

Is that only the demo or is the full version downloadable if you buy it now?
