Well, the way it was explained to me was that it's pretty much an exact replica of Chrome, it just takes out the bits where Google snoops on you.

Has anyone here had any experience with Iron? Apparently it's Chrome minus Google.

I played Exile III, Avernum 2, and Avernum, in that order, and didn't lose any story. If anything, working it backwards was more fun because I would have moments of - "oh! so that's what x happened!"
