I've been checking my spam folder since I placed the order, it wasn't there. If it helps, the order number is #24403.

I placed an order for Avadon on 10th July and got confirmation for the amount debited from my bank. I also got an order confirmation email that said Quote: Your order has been submitted to Spiderweb Software. You should receive another E-mail confirmation from us (containing registration keys if you provided the game registration code) within one business day. I didn't receive the second confirmation. I don't have game registration code and don't know where to find it. I got a confirmation from by bank on the amount debited but don't know for sure if the transaction went through on the other side. I have sent 2 emails about this to one to spidweb@spiderwebsoftware.com and the other to support@spiderwebsoftware.com and haven't got a reply to either. Can someone help me with this?
