I figured it out. It was interfering with a third party program called Phrase Express. My fault I did not figured it out earlier.

Hi, today I moved my Avadon installation from notebook to desktop and the Tab key for showing the map stopped working. Everything works just fine on my laptop. Both computers have WinXP SP3 as operating system. Desktop is Dell Optiplex 745, Intel Pentium D 3,4 GHz, Nvidia 9800. Any thought what might be the reason? Or is there any chance to remap Show map key? Thanks a lot.

I slayed Fyrassa while on my way with Ahmed's Libram from dragons library without having Evict Fyrassa quest activated. Now I talked to Keeper Ilhan and have this quest, but I am not able to tell him Fyrassa is already dead. Is there any way to finish this quest at this point?

to Lilith: If I recall it right, she wanted me to clean the library of skeletons. I already did that. Now she doesn't offer me any other quest. to Randomizer: I didn't know that I have to go to her after Shadow Beast quest, so I didn't do that. I am dealing with Moritz'Kri' at the moment. Isn't it possible that it's too late to obtain that quest?

I am not able to pass any rune protected door. I tried to talk to Eye Leira as suggested in Avadon FAQ by The Turtle Moves just after finishing third main quest, but to no avail. Any thought what's wrong? Thanks in advance.

Hi, I would like to ask a few question regarding specializations and skills: 1)Does Specialization count towards 7 and 8 point Skill bonus? E.g. if I have skill at 6 and have 2 in specialization, does it counts as 8? I know that it works for gaining 6th level skills (4+2), but I am not sure if it works also for 8th level bonus gain. 2) What is the difference between 7 and 8 point bonus? 3) Is there any other bonus for skill at 9, 10 and 11 (with 3 points in specialization)?
