A friend had found Exile I and II from shareware, I played it at his house, then decided I loved it and had to get the newest one at the time which was Blades of Exile..this was in the late 90s, hard to remember exactly when haha. But loved the Exile story ever since.

When the heck can i use the pylons to teleport? It's been a few years since i played the Avernum games, but i feel i was able to use the pylons pretty quickly. This time I'm considerably far (probably 60% through) and still can't, with no quests talking about it. What have i done wrong? Haha.

So I've been checking the site multiple times a day every day for a good bit now, hoping maybe to get a more precise estimate than q1, as q1 is coming to an end. Just really excited for the game hoping to get it as soon as possible. Thanks in advance for any feedback.

Tried updating Directx and even running without sound like troubleshooting says...which i shouldn't have to do...game still randomly freezes every 10-20 minutes or so, and extremely frequently during parts where your characters are moved for you(battles with ally NPCS). Having to redo stuff 4 and 5 times to get anywhere. Wondering if i downloaded a faulty version or something.
